What should/ shouldn’t we do to be healthy?

To be healthy, we should:
Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables
Practise different sports
Avoid stressful situations (unikać sytuacji stresujących)
Cut down on fatty food, fast food and snacks (ograniczyć jedzenie tłustego jedzenia...)
have a healthy balanced diet
have a regular sleep pattern (sleep pattern - pora snu)
have regular meals (mieć regularne posiłki)
have regular medical check-ups (check-ups - badania kontrolne)
To be healthy, we shouldn’t:
drink too much fizzy drinks
smoke cigarettes (palić papierosy)
spend too much time in front of the TV or computer screen
