"Hear it" innowacja pedagogiczna wykorzystanie dyktanda jako techniki doskonalącej umiejętność słuchania w języku angielskim

Idea
Podstawowym celem kształcenia jest skuteczne porozumiewanie się językiem obcym, tutaj: angielskim, zarówno w mowie jak i w piśmie. Dostępne na rynku podręczniki świetnie spełniają w tym przypadku swoją rolę, kładąc nacisk na doskonalenie czterech kluczowych umiejętności istotnych w nauce języka, a więc mówienie, pisanie, czytanie i słuchanie. Nie mniej jednak nie trudno zauważyć, że nadal nie ma w nich zbyt wiele miejsca na materiał rozwijający sprawność słuchania. Baczna obserwacja uczniów oraz analiza proponowanych ćwiczeń pozwoliły wysunąć wniosek, iż uczniowie nie koncentrują się dostatecznie przy wykonywaniu ćwiczeń ze słuchu, a ukończone przez nich zadania są niejednokrotnie wynikiem ślepego fartu niż faktycznego zrozumienia usłyszanego tekstu. Większość uczniów zwyczajnie zgaduje mniej lub bardziej skutecznie, poprawne odpowiedzi. Ponadto nie sposób nie zauważyć, że sporo uczniów słysząc dłuższą wypowiedź w języku obcym bardzo szybko zaniechuje dalszego słuchania w momencie, gdy przestaje rozumieć jeden, dwa, trzy kolejne wyrazy, co automatycznie decyduje o poprawności wykonywanych zadań. Gdy jednak zobaczą zapis usłyszanego tekstu nie raz okazuje się, że użyte w nim wyrazy nie są im obce. Biorąc powyższe wnioski pod uwagę, a także fakt, że każda okazja do ćwiczenia umiejętności słuchania jest jak najbardziej pożądana, powstała innowacja metodyczna, która pomoże uczniom nauczyć się słuchania ze zrozumieniem, rozróżniania poszczególnych słów w usłyszanej wypowiedzi oraz utrwalić poznane już wyrazy.

Warunki realizacji
Osiągnięcie założonych celów nie wymaga dużych zmian organizacyjnych szkoły. W zajęciach wezmą udział uczniowie klas IV i V, w ramach planowych zajęć w roku szkolnym 2012/2013. Po każdym zakończonym rozdziale podręcznika napiszą specjalnie opracowane dyktando, bazujące na poznanym słownictwie, w przeznaczonym do tego celu zeszycie. Na koniec roku szkolnego przewidziano konkurs – dyktando z języka angielskiego.

Treści kształcenia
Obejmują zakres słownictwa zawarty w podręcznikach „Steps in English 1” oraz „Steps in English 2” wydawnictwa Oxford. Dotyczy on poniższych obszarów tematycznych: człowiek, dom, szkoła, praca, życie rodzinne i towarzyskie, żywienie, zakupy/usługi, podróżowanie, kultura, sport, zdrowie, świat przyrody.

She sometimes puts on tracksuit bottoms, a hoodie and goes jogging. Today she goes to a birthday party and it’s a disaster. Her mum wants her to put on a dress. Lucy hates all the dresses of the world.

This year I’m in a new school and it’s very modern. Our head teacher wants us to eat healthy meals at the school canteen, so the dinner lady gives us some delicious goulash with potatoes and vegetables for the main course. There’s a tuck shop. You can buy some fruit and sandwiches there. We have a library with many books and a large playground. We do PE in the gym. Sometimes we go outside to play football. Lessons are in one classroom. There isn’t a bed or wardrobe. There are shelves with books, big posters on the walls, computers, dictionaries and one interactive whiteboard.

Do you like music? I do! I don’t go to musical school, but I have my own band. There are six of us. We usually play pop music and hip hop. Helen and Tom play the bass guitars, Lucy plays the keyboard, Dylan plays the piano, Megan plays the trumpet and I play the violin and sometimes the tambourine. The problem is that we can’t sing. I open my grandma’s door and what do I see? My old, old grandma is sitting behind the desk and talking to my mum over a webcam. She’s logging onto a website and plays games online. She’s quick and feels comfortable with the new technology. And I’m standing and can’t close my mouth.

His mother is a scientist and works on computers. When I grow up, I want to be a builder and build houses. My sister wants to be a fire fighter – she loves red.
